Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing us. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience and understand that sometimes, plans change. Please review our return policy below:
1. Cancellations and Refunds:
- Full Refund: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the scheduled tour date are eligible for a full refund.
- Partial Refund: Cancellations made 3-6 days before the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No Refund: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the tour date or no-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
2. Rescheduling:
- One-Time Complimentary Rescheduling: We allow one-time rescheduling at no charge if requested at least 48 hours before the original tour date. The new tour date must be within 3 months of the original booking.
3. Tour Cancellations by Michelle:
- In the rare case we must cancel a tour (e.g., due to severe weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances), we will notify you as soon as possible. You will have the option to:
- Reschedule to a new date.
- Receive a full refund.
4. Partial Tour Refunds:
- Once a tour begins, we cannot offer partial refunds for participants who leave early or miss portions of the tour.
